Transformation and segmentation lookup service

This service provides random access point queries to types of data: Segment ID from dense segmentations and transformation fields from Seung Lab and zetta.ai image alignments (e.g. between FAFBv14 and FlyWire).

Synapse service

The synapse service provides access to the synapses identified in Buhmann 2019 along with the neurotransmitter predictions described in Eckstein 2020. Location coordinates are available in either FAFBv14 or FlyWire space, and segmentations values can come from FAFB-FFN1 or the base FlyWire super-voxel IDs.

This service is experimental.
