Welcome to ITANNA

ITANNA stands for “Interactive Tools for Analysis of Neuronal Network Anatomy.” Here we describe some of the services and tools funded by NIH BRAIN Initiative award 1RF1MH120679-01, Automating whole brain connectomics: development, validation, and application of an open toolkit.

There are two main areas of activity described here:

Spaces are a way to create and share CATMAID projects, using a variety of large image volumes. These image volumes are currently adult Drosophila-centric, and include the FAFB whole brain and FANC ventral nerve cord (VNC) electron microscopy datasets. A tutorial is available for how to use these features.

Services & APIs are tools for programmers to use as part of the larger ecosystem of connectomics software tools available to the community.

Please be sure to read and understand the Terms of Service before using these resources, and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
